Support Navigator's Impact: Empowering Learners & Closing the Achievement Gap

Navigator's mission is to equip students to be learners and leaders in high school, college, and beyond. We develop top-tier teams of educators who continuously improve and innovate schools that deliver phenomenal outcomes for all students, regardless of their circumstances.

Founded in 2011, Navigator currently operates Gilroy Prep, Hollister Prep, Hayward Collegiate and Watsonville Prep schools and serves over 2,200 students in low-income neighborhoods. Pre-pandemic we successfully closed the achievement gap.

Navigator is diverse by design, bringing academic success to traditionally underserved students, including English Language Learners, low-income students, students with disabilities, and students that are foster youth or homeless. AAfter studying best practices from schools throughout the United States, we created a rigorous TK-8 full inclusion model that anticipates and meets the needs of all students.
