Anonymous Reporting

Navigator Schools is committed to maintaining an ethical, transparent, and accountable organization that reflects our mission and values. This reporting portal supports an open environment where concerns related to potential illegal, unethical, or inappropriate conduct can be raised responsibly and reviewed through Navigator’s established governance and accountability processes.

All directors, officers, employees, and volunteers of Navigator have a responsibility to help uphold these standards by reporting any action or suspected action that may be illegal, unethical, violate Navigator policy, or conflict with applicable laws or regulations. Individuals submitting a report are expected to do so in good faith, without malice to Navigator or any individual at Navigator, and with reasonable grounds for believing the information shared indicates that a violation may have occurred.

To submit a concern, please complete and submit this reporting form. While individuals may choose to provide their name and contact information, anonymous submissions are also accepted. Concerns may also be reported by phone at (831) 217-4882. All reports will be reviewed in accordance with Navigator Schools’ established policies and procedures.
